[IHHAAC Update] Helen O'Leary

I met Helen O'Leary about 12yrs ago, first as a resident of Fort  Washington, 
then as President of Tantallon South Civic Association, but it was  my 
position as President of SCEDA that brought us on a collission path. We all  wanted 
progress for South County especially Indian Head Highway corridor, Helen  
fought to prevent what she considered undesirable projects. I do have great  
admiration and respect her. She will be missed. MAY HER SOUL REST IN PERFECT  PEACE.
