CLINTON, MD-- As part of the "Ask the Doctor" Community Seminar Series,
Southern Maryland Hospital Center will be presenting a free seminar
entitled, "Heart Disease Prevention." The seminar will be held at Colony
South Hotel from 6:30 pm- 8:00 pm on Wednesday, August 6, 2008. Are you
at risk for a heart attack? Please join us as Dr. Nelson Benjers, MD,
discusses ways to prevent heart disease on topics such as healthy diets,
exercise, stress management, annual health screenings and more.
Remember, the seminar is FREE! Refreshments will be served, and
